There are a few techniques. You want to build powerful concentration and intensity. one techniques for doing this is get a book and count the letters on each page. I know it sounds easy but it forces you to concentrate and keep focus. i learned more from this than anything else. Ps. i never got to count all the letter on a whole page i think the highest i got was around 3 to 4 hundred before my mind started to drift. kee3p doing it everyday after a short time you will notice a very powerful gaze.
